Job Title: Office ManagerSalary: $73,500 - $85,000 per annum + 11.5% superannuation

Streamline office procedures to support security team and overall company operationsManage office space, human resources, and equipment for effective utilizationOversee and assign work to office staff, ensuring tasks are completed within timelines and to a high standardMonitor staff performance, providing guidance and support for a productive teamEnsure proper management and organization of office records, files, and accounts, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policiesHandle financial accounts, including invoicing, budgets, and expense trackingServe as liaison with external professionals, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issuesCollaborate with security management teams to address operational challenges and ensure smooth workflowStay updated on relevant government legislation and ensure all office operations comply with legal and regulatory requirementsOversee human resource activities, including hiring, training, and supervision of office personnelQualifications and Requirements:Diploma in Business Management or relevant (Preferred but not mandatory)Proven experience in office management or a similar role, preferably within a security or related industryStrong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a teamExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailSolid understanding of office procedures, accounting practices, and record managementKnowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and employment law
