As part of the wider Brand Production team, you will focus on creating and distributing video content across owned, earned, paid, and social channels. With the overarching goal of increasing awareness and conversion, you'll develop and execute a video strategy that amplifies distribution across paid and social and our website.As our Global Video Manager, you'll advocate for video content throughout the organisation, ensure the implementation of the Intrepid video identity across channels, assist in the development and upkeep of video style guides, and ensure output of high-quality content that inspires, informs and converts.Managing the Video Team, you will oversee workload and capacity to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all projects, as well as deliver on projects yourself. You will establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful internal and customer-focused video content.This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include:5+ years in a relevant video roleDegree level marketing/communications/film qualifications desirableExpert knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.Strong understanding of video editing and storytelling techniques, motion graphics, colour grading, video codecs and delivery methodsBasic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and IllustratorOur people reflect the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit:Intrepid is made up of 58 nationalities across 46 countries, and we recognise that diversity makes us a stronger business.
