Day to Day ResponsibilitiesTreasury Settlements, Payments Processing & Payment System Reconciliation: Perform Treasury confirmation and settlement tasks, including preparation and input of settlements into payment and Treasury systems, manage counterparty and SSIs post deal, match inward/outward confirmations.Efficient, timely, and accurate processing of payments including Treasury settlements, FX payments, supplier payments, employee expense reimbursements, and other payments as required.Ensure payments are made in accordance with banking system daily cutoff times.Ensure all bank Requests for Information (RFI) are resolved in a timely manner.Work closely with Treasury Operations to report daily cash movements.Customer Service: Develop key bank relationships and be a primary point of contact for all external banks in relation to Treasury settlements.Manage internal and external queries and resolve exceptions relating to treasury settlements and FX payments.Communicate effectively with banks, vendors, internal stakeholders, and team members to gather necessary information, clarify discrepancies, and provide updates on exception resolution.Control and Compliance Focus: Understand best practice Treasury control environment and actively recommend control improvement opportunities.Maintain strict control environment with appropriate segregation of duties.Ensure process and procedures minimize risk of loss to FCTG and identify areas of risk to be mitigated.Ensure compliance with Global Treasury Policy.Innovation & Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the accuracy of operations.Actively challenge accepted operational wisdom across FCTG businesses.Team Support & Development: Provide support to other team members as required.Support and foster team environment and culture.Exceed behavioral expectations of the team.Accountability & ownership of own performance & meeting team expectations.Support FCTG philosophies.Minimum RequirementsWe'd love to hear from you if you have: 2+ Years Treasury Settlements Experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.Knowledge of Flight Centre Systems advantageous.Finance or Business Degree (or studying towards) desirable.What's in it for you?Tick destinations off your bucket list with our discounts on travel and accommodation.Employee Share Scheme through Equate Plus.Access to in-house financial and health services, internal 24/7 gym, and End-of-Trip Facility.Receive ongoing training and professional development through the Flight Centre Landing.Preference for internal progression through Brightness of Future: Employees have the right to see a clear pathway to achieving career ambitions.Proud Corporate Social Responsibility platform through the Flight Centre Foundation, and Brighter Futures programs.Opportunity to attend global awards events, including Global Gathering (Los Angeles 2025) and Flicehlla!Various social events to promote networking, the celebration of wins, and sometimes just for fun!We do things a little differently around here.
