About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a Global IS Workplace Experience Lead to focus on Meeting Room technologies across our global sites, based in our headquarters in Adelaide.
Under the guidance of the Global IS Operations Manager, you'll oversee and fine-tune the technology and documentation of Santos' cutting-edge AV environment. Your mission? Ensuring standardised and seamless integration of state-of-the-art AV technologies, stringent security adherence, and ample resources for future advancements.

Key Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain the standard service provision for Santos end users Utilise reporting and insights on room/technology performance to ensure continuous improvement of easily accessible and understandable meeting room services Proactively manage inventory of AV licences and hardware Undertake regular system audits and identify opportunities for collaboration services Facilitate regular working groups with key stakeholders such as EUC Leads, Security Leads, Facilities Management and third-party vendors to ensure proactive and healthy collaboration Effective management of in-house vendor (ProAV) to ensure quality and timeliness of Concierge performance across Santos sites Design, develop and execute effective change and information communications to end users Deliver plans and work aligning to Santos' strategy Understand the broader IS remit and work collaboratively to deliver the functional outcomes Understand the requirements of Santos users across all major stakeholder groups Involvement in AV industry current and future advancements to determine if they are opportunities for Santos Effective and timely collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as required About you Holding Microsoft certification and ideally, higher education qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience covering AV, Collaboration tools and LAN/WAN hardware and software. You will also possess a familiarity with AMX, Crestron and Pexip systems and will be highly experienced with Microsoft products.
This role will suit candidates with an agile and adaptable approach with strong vendor management experience.
