What role will you play?As Global Legal Panel Lead, you will support the management and operational aspects of our panel of external law firms and service providers.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation and management of our legal e-billing system (TeamConnect), including liaising with the system provider and supporting our teams with invoice management and payment processes.
The Global Legal Panel Lead will also act as a link between our organisation and external partners, fostering strong relationships, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting our panel governance processes.
What you offerDemonstrated experience dealing with external law firms and service providers, preferably specific experience in TeamConnect or similar legal billing platformsProficient in strategic thinking and process improvement, with excellent communication skillsStrong ability to produce and interpret data, including translating complex information into actionable insightsDemonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges creatively and effectivelyAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.About the Legal Governance GroupIn our Legal and Governance Group you will be part of a global, dynamic and independent group of lawyers, governance professionals and technical specialists that protect and represent the interests of Macquarie, our businesses and our people.
