Our client is a 5* very high end International Chain Hotel in Australia.
This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.
Position is open to Australian and New Zealand nationals, as well as other nationals with valid working rights in Australia.
Profile Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, or similar High-end luxury hotel experience Strong USA & European markets experience Experience working for International Hotel Groups Solid established contacts with international high-end luxury tour operators Experience in properties associated with Virtuoso and the likes Knowledge in international PR & Marketing Strong international relationships Clear understanding of revenue/yield management techniques Ability and willingness to travel within the country or abroad to attend trade shows or travel fairs Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets Wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry Diverse knowledge of the online marketing and distribution environment Strong effective communicator Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills, hands-on approach to business, as team needs a "leader by example" Excellent English both oral and written Outstanding selling and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure Well presented, outgoing and enthusiastic personality Good owners-relationship skills Computer literate Excellent communication and tactical skills Result oriented Strong administrative, leadership and organizational skills Dynamic and hands-on Apply Your application should include a detailed CV briefly outlining your past work experience and achievements.
