Key responsibilities include: Provide leadership & direction to the mining team Mentoring & development of Supervisors Ensure health, safety and environmental awareness Coordinate mining activities to optimise production Provide technical guidance in complex mining areas About you: NSW Open Cut Examiners Certificate of Competency & current practicing certificate Manager of an Open Cut Mine practicing certificate (highly regarded) Extensive experience in open cut coal environment Proven leadership capabilities and commitment for the development of your people Ability to build and foster strong working relationships across all departments Commitment to our people, the environment, our community, and continuous improvement If the above sounds like you, apply today!
