Join the ASA Windows team in Wangara. ASA Windows are one of Perth's largest suppliers of aluminium windows and doors to the commercial market. We specialize in all commercial windows, shop fronts, curtain walls, windows and doors, glass and glazing. We are currently seeking experienced Glaziers and Metal Fabricators to join our team. These are full-time permanent positions based in Wangara.
Your Responsibilities Include: Assist in maintaining a tidy, well organized and safe work place. Manufacture frames, stack material, cut material, process material on CNC Machine, assist with delivery and on-site activities. Fasten glass panes into frames with clips, points, or mouldings, adding weather seals or putty around pane edges to seal joints. Install doors or windows. Cut, fit, install, repair, or replace glass or glass substitutes, such as plastic or aluminium, in building interiors or exteriors. Set glass doors into frames and bolt metal hinges, handles, locks, or other hardware to attach doors to frames and walls. To be considered for either role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar position. Clear communication skills - written and verbal. A strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail. The ability to work in a team environment. High standards of workmanship.
