Salary: Starting salary $100,000 – 110,000 plus super

Gippsland Regional Organics We're an EPA-licensed waste treatment and composting facility owned by Gippsland Water. We're growing. Our facility is undergoing an expansion that will mean we can recycle more organic materials and manufacture more certified compost products. Previously known as the Soil and Organic Recycling Facility (SORF), we're located on 356 hectares of the 8500+ hectare Dutson Downs property we manage, not far east from Sale.
What we do We use multiple methods to turn waste into compost, reducing the amount of waste going to landfill. Each year we accept up to 250,000 tonnes of waste (including industrial and reportable priority waste) and manufacture approximately 60,000 tonnes of compost certified to Australian standards.
The role As Gippsland Regional Organics' Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Gippsland Regional Organics business-related activities, including commercial business contract development, budgeting, financial and compliance reporting, and customer account management.
What you'll bring Demonstrated experience in records, contract, and financial administration. Demonstrated experience managing a dynamic team. Experience in maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to relate to a diverse audience.
