About Corporate Advisory
Working with G+T's market leading M&A partners, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest, most complex and innovative M&A and equity capital markets transactions for major private equity firms, leading ASX listed companies, private capital/super funds, investment banks and multi-national corporations.
The work will include advising on takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, equity capital raisings, corporate governance advice and Takeovers Panel matters.
About you
As our successful candidate, you demonstrate a desire to work on high profile and technically challenging transactions.
You are an ambitious high performer, looking to work in an environment where your performance will be duly recognised and rewarded accordingly.
In addition, you will have:
8-12 years' experience working in an M&A or Corporate Advisory practice across some or all of the following areas – private M&A, public M&A, ECM, private equity and/or Corporations Act advice
Ambition to work on challenging matters at the top of the market
Strong drafting and advice writing skills
Superior analytical skills
A track record of working with, mentoring and supporting, younger team members
The ability to work effectively with clients
The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
A desire to learn, develop and progress quickly
