Ideally, we are seeking an experience Personal Injury Lawyer with at least 5 + years post admission experience.
In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters, you can manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks.
Day to day responsibilities will include: Management of a file load Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice Identifying practical and innovative solutions for clients Building rapport with our clients in an empathetic and understanding way What will you bring?
Our successful candidate will be a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following: Ideally 5+ years Post Admission Experience Previous experience and a passion for Personal Injury law Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills; Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately; Experience in running multiple files end to end Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems quickly Be a team player with a friendly and compassionate demeanour What next?
