Who are we looking for? An experienced Project Manager/Engineer – with experience on Roads/Transport projects to join the team and work on upcoming projects. As a Project Manager with substantial civil focused construction phase experience, this role will be based from our Canberra office and will require you to conduct regular site visits on our infrastructure projects within the region. You will be given the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders across the Southern NSW region.

In this role you will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary organisation across a variety of Infrastructure, Defence, Transport, energy and other infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Representing and engaging with clients and contractors through all phases of projects, from tender preparation and design delivery through to construction support. Conducting site visits and ensuring Safety standards and processes are adhered to at all times. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure scheduled works are meeting timelines, conducting audits of works completed and adhering to commercial terms. Direct client engagement during delivery. Provide technical expertise through design, documentation and construction phase services on projects. About you: Degree qualified Engineer, Project Management or in Construction Management and ideally with experience on Civil or Urban Infrastructure Projects. A growth mindset with an eager attitude towards shaping your career. Demonstrated experience collaborating with Contractors to achieve desired outcomes. Strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve conflict and manage risks. Flexibility to work autonomously and in diverse teams.
