Position Title: GEM on Acute, Clinical Coordinator
Classification: YY4 or Allied Health equivalent
Salary per hour (exc.
super): $54.65
Hours per fortnight: 32
Employment Status: Ongoing Part Time
A position is currently available for a dynamic health professional who has a passion for supporting geriatric patients in the acute setting to optimize function and support their transition from hospital.
The role interacts with all acute wards on the Hospital site and supports the teams in the provision of the best care to the older person and their significant others.
The role is 0745-1440 alternate Wednesdays and every Thursday and Friday.

The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer, and mental health services.
We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical, and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women's and Children's, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics, and Mental Health Services.
Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person-centered care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home, and residential care settings.
