This is a job share position working on a 4 day a week roster, approximately 33 hours a week.
An exciting opportunity exists to join our award-winning jewellery team.
We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager with proven retail sales experience.
Jewellery and/or retail management experience in a sales-focused environment will be highly regarded.
As the face of our business, you will have a mature outlook with outstanding customer service skills.
Attention to detail, great personal presentation, and pride in the store presentation are essential.
Being a fantastic communicator, both written and verbally, is crucial to this position.
You will need to be available for one weekend day, some public holidays, and during busy holiday periods.
You will be willing to learn and comply with our company policies and procedures.
Training will be provided, but we expect you to have experience in some of the duties below.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Staff supervision Opening and closing the store Providing exceptional customer service Selling to customers and achieving KPI targets Taking in repairs Using our POS system to enter data and process sales Processing customer orders Small repairs Cleaning and merchandising Receiving and transferring stock Stocktaking Please apply with a resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
