This world-leading technology is designed to give mining professionals geological certainty to confidently target, map, monitor, and unlock mineral deposits and other subsurface anomalies.On behalf of Ideon Technologies, we are seeking the services of a Geophysicist with strong analyst experience supporting the business development team in the APAC region.Key responsibilities:In conjunction with the BD team, conduct regular customer engagement ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their bespoke and specific needs for opportunity pipelines.Aid project development through the creation and execution of survey simulations, data assessments, and analysis.Have ownership and accountability for the technical quality providing data analysis for new and existing projects.Produce results and present them to relevant internal and external stakeholders.About you:Master's degree in geophysics, geology, or equivalent combination of professional training and experience.3+ years of working experience in a non-academic setting, proven capabilities interpreting geophysical field data, running modeling, simulations, and inversions with multiple provided data sets.Advanced coding skills using Python and proficient user of multiple platforms of geophysical analysis software including but not limited to Geoscience ANALYST, ArcGIS, QGIS, GoCAD, Leapfrog, and Oasis Montaj.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to engage with customers with varied levels of technical knowledge in an engaging and professional manner.This opportunity provides an enviable platform to support the ongoing development of Ideon's value proposition across the resources sector in the APAC region.
