ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Business Unit Manager - Generator Projects and Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing the scheduling, supervision, and coordination of work in the Generator Project and Electrical Service Team. You will be the single point of contact for clients, including after-hours support, and be able to demonstrate excellent priority management, planning, communication, and relationship-building skills. Being electrical trade qualified and having worked in the field, along with previous scheduling experience, is essential.
As the Generator Service Co-Ordinator, you are also responsible for promoting a strong safety and service focus. You will be responsible for ensuring all team members work within our Safety and Compliance Framework and promote this across both inside and outside Kenshaw.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience in the following:
Thorough knowledge of generators and associated automatic switch gear Previous experience in quoting repairs relating to generators both electrical and mechanical Writing and providing generator condition reports Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders Coordination of workers and customers in a professional and timely manner - scheduling on/off site Review of worksheets, reports, and other documentation Liaising with customers and clients and providing solutions to their problems Leading safety talks and promoting a safety-first culture through our policies and procedures Ability to use multiple software programs including Microsoft Suite ABOUT YOU The role is suited to those people who have worked in the field and are ready to take the next step in their career.
