We are currently looking for the below roles to assist with the State Elections next year:- Quality Assurance - Mailhouse
Attend the mail house to perform quality assurance on election packages being prepared for postal vote lodgement using a provided checklist
Date - February 19-22, 24-26, 28, March 5,6
Time - Shift 1: 6.00 am - 2.00 pm and Shift 2: 2.00 pm - 10.00 pm

Location - Bannister Rd, Canning Vale
Print house Quality Assurance
Ensuring ballot papers are printed and packed correctly. Need attention to detail, able to work in teams, do repetitive work, good verbal and written communication, able to work in a warehouse.
Date - 13 February 2025 - 27 February 2025
Time - Shift 1: Monday - Sunday 9.00 am - 9.30 pm and Shift 2: Monday - Sunday 9.00 pm -9.30 am

Nomination Project Officer
Checking compliance of candidate nomination forms and entering the data into a centralised database. Must have strong attention to detail and aptitude for working quickly, typing accurately and working as part of a productive team.

Nomination Admin Assistant
Assisting the Nominations team by undertaking a range of administrative duties including:
Monitoring the nomination mailbox
Upload nomination forms
Maintaining accurate records in the WAEC document management system
Filing of nomination forms
Must have strong attention to detail and competence in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.

How-to-vote Card Project - Team Leader
Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the Team Leader must be able to learn quickly and communicate complicated information clearly to people from diverse backgrounds. Must have strong attention to detail and aptitude for working as part of a productive team, demonstrating leadership over casual staff assisting with the project, and competence in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

How-to-vote Card Project -Project Assistant
Assist the project team in processing the how-to-vote card for registration. Must have the skills and attributes to personally contribute effectively as a team member. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Attention to detail and accuracy.
