Perth basedPermanent roleWe're looking for a Coating & Insulation Scheduler to join our Implementation team here in Perth on a permanent basis.
The Coating & Insulation (C&I) Scheduler will play a key role in driving efficient project execution at the Ichthys Onshore facilities.
In this role, you'll support critical C&I planning, including the Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) rectification program, by developing dynamic schedules and insightful reports.
Leveraging Primavera P6, you'll transform project data into visual reports that highlight progress, resource needs, and forecasts. You'll also manage baselines and strengthen project controls, contributing to smooth, successful operations—especially during key shutdown phases.
Key responsibilities include: Lead and guide all INPEX and contractor schedulers to ensure consistency and alignment in C&I planning and scheduling processes.Coordinate with peer Schedulers across onshore asset and production planning teams to align the C&I program with the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).Support the implementation of the Management of Change (MOC) and emerging work processes to address evolving project needs.Actively engage in work order management, including resource and material allocation, task list creation, and maintenance plan reviews.Maintain the SAP database for all C&I-related work to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.Periodically support the execution phase of site shutdowns.Ideal candidates will possess: A trade qualification or a diploma/degree in maintenance management or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in ILNG preparation, planning, and execution.Proficiency in Primavera P6 software for scheduling, baseline management, and resource management.In-depth knowledge of project control principles, including earned value management and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.Previous experience with shutdowns, turnarounds, or in a project controls role (highly desirable).Ability to adapt to evolving project demands and effectively reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and presentation of findings to stakeholders.This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
