Key duties: Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the Victorian curriculumEstablish and maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning, including managing student behaviour, fostering positive relationships, and promoting mutual respect among students.Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding and provide timely feedback to students and parents on their progress and areas for improvement.Provide additional support and assistance to students who require differentiation to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with learning disabilities or English language learners.Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to share ideas, resources, and strategies for improving student learning outcomes.Participate in team meetings, grade-level planning, and school-wide initiatives to support the school community.Skills & Experience: Must have unrestricted working rights in AustraliaHold relevant qualifications in Education (4 year bachelor Degree containing minimum 1 year teaching qualifications)Current VIT registration requiredWillingness to support the school's ethos and Islamic faith valuesProven experience teaching Primary in an Australian school settingAbility to provide two education-based references from the last 5 years, including at least one from upper managementOffering: Teach general Primary classes for students in Years F-6Join a dynamic and growing school community, welcoming applicants of all faithsStart in Term 1, 2025Enjoy a positive and inclusive staff and student cultureCompetitive salary, ranging from $75,000 to $115,000, based on your experienceThe School: International Baccalaureate Accredited School, providing a globally recognized curriculumSupportive management with smaller team structures for effective collaborationA well-established reputation within the local community, fostering a strong sense of belongingCollaborative planning framework with continuous professional development opportunitiesHow to apply:
