General Practitioner

A full-time general practitioner is required for an organisation that is well known for their clinics and healthcare services nationally and are now looking to expand their services at their super clinic in Karratha.
Karratha is the gateway to the marine-life rich Dampier Archipelago, the world's most prolific prehistoric rock engraving site, Kajini's four billion year old adventure playground and Millstream's Chichester National Park. Karratha is 1500km from Perth and has a population of 21,200 (2021).
The PracticeThe organisation is Australia's leading provider of occupational healthcare and general medical services; the Karratha practice is a private billing practice in a populated and industrial area.
Responsibilities: Diagnosis and treatment of short term and chronic illnessMinor proceduresTravel vaccinationsMen and women's healthChildren's healthAboriginal and Torres Strait Island HealthSkin checksVaccinationsPathologyRadiology referrals to the local hospitalThe successful candidate will be supported by fellow colleagues including two on-site nurses, medical officers, and directors within the business.
