Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Required Qualifications : MBBS (or equivalent), with Specialist General Practitioner registration with the Medical Board of Australia (Highly Regarded).Relevant Experience : At least one year of post-graduate clinical practice. Experience in areas such as Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Paediatrics, or Rural Medicine will be highly regarded.Clinical Expertise & Skills : In-depth knowledge of modern approaches to managing a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. Proficient in performing common minor urgent procedures in rural emergency settings, including Advanced Life Support and Trauma management.Teamwork & Leadership : Strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and take on leadership responsibilities when required.Professional Development Commitment : A passion for teaching, ongoing education, and contributing to research and continuous quality improvement.On-Call Availability : Willingness to participate in an on-call roster and respond promptly when required.Alignment with Organisational Values : A demonstrated commitment to behaviours and practices that align with our clients values, goals, and strategies.
