It will drive improved business decision making by utilizing analytics; identifying gaps and leveraging organizational resources to help improve efficiency, productivity, and financial resultsDesign, implement, and review organizational structure to drive business objectives, including role definition, capacity alignment, annual workforce planning, forecast resource needs, and partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard qualified talent.Responsible for managing the financial performance of the branch including setting and achieving volume and margin targets, overseeing expense management, and reviewing periodic performance reports to adjust strategies.Guide the team on customer-related decisions, such as investment strategies, contract negotiations, pricing, and managing loss rates, ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals.Business Growth and Development:Seek opportunities to strengthen and maintain existing relationships with strategic customers. Analyse a defined set of customers' businesses to identify strategic opportunities, manage challenges, and provide guidance to sales, account management, and operations teamsDrives best practices in sales and account management by leveraging and reinforcing C.H. Robinson's tools and strategies to facilitate more strategic selling and account relationships by focusing on customer motivations and their desired outcomesTalent Management:Oversee the development and performance of team members through coaching, mentoring, and training, while leveraging analytics for talent assessment and aligning resources effectively.Manage compensation, bonus planning, and employee recognition strategies to ensure effective reward systems.Review engagement measures and implement action plans to enhance organizational culture, collaboration, and overall employee satisfaction.General Management:This role will represent C.H.
