About The Role:This is an existing leadership role reporting directly to the Executive General Manager based in South Australia. The successful applicant will be an experienced and confident person to spearhead an expanding business that services customers across all the major resource regions in Western Australia. You are a people-focused team player who can demonstrate visible leadership out in the field to promote a positive safety culture that assists in developing careers for all our people.
The role is very autonomous to meet the diverse range of our customer requirements.

Overall responsibility for the performance of the Environmental Services team in Western Australia. The services in Western Australia include Demolition and Decommissioning, Asbestos & Hazardous Remediation, Industrial Services and Scaffolding.Leads and manages a mixture of in-house self-delivery and subcontracted services through the efficient allocation of employees, plant, and equipment.Prepare, and monitor strategic plans, customer plans, budgets, people development & succession plansEnsuring all operations meet Work, Health, Safety, Quality and Environment obligationsProject Controls, Commercial & Contract Management and ProcurementMarketing, Business Development and TenderingAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will need:
Have operated at senior levels in the Construction industry with developed skills in contracting with full P&L responsibility, commercial and operational expertiseExperience managing human resources matters, building teams that include construction workers up to Construction ManagersExcellent verbal and written communications skillsDeveloped presentation skills to internal and external stakeholder groupsProven experience managing project financials and forecastingExperience in using Microsoft professional suite and ideally experience with Project Management platforms such as Pronto XI, Procore, Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 and a range of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to adapt to changing situations in a professional mannerWhat We Offer:This is a full-time position with an attractive remuneration for the right candidate.
