Reporting to a dynamic Group Executive, the role oversees the provision of comprehensive technology infrastructure, working closely with the internal Information Architecture group, and supporting both corporate and venue operations. You will manage mission-critical technology infrastructure and act as the key interface between leadership and technical support teams, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a dedicated team, including the Infrastructure and Cloud Lead and the Technology Support Lead, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Provide high-level specialist advice to senior leadership on technology infrastructure, operations, governance, and risk. Oversee the development, implementation, and management of cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance service delivery and align with business goals. Lead the design and development of the organisation's cybersecurity policies, ensuring readiness and compliance. Lead strategic planning activities and participate in key business initiatives, contributing to the overall direction of the organisation. Ensure robust technology solutions and support for a wide range of systems, including venue/event management, digital signage, and corporate IT infrastructure. About you:
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in enterprise technology infrastructure management and at least 4 years in a leadership role. A high level of expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud services, servers, storage, and networks is essential, as well as strong project management and customer service skills. The role demands excellent communication abilities and the capacity to manage a high and diverse workload effectively.
Desirable qualifications include ITIL/ITSM certifications, knowledge of AS/ISO standards, and experience working with confidential systems and data. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to lead technology infrastructure within a dynamic and diverse organisation.
