With rapid growth, we are now looking for an awesome Snr Business Advisor to join the Juno family to continue to help us grow our clients and have fun doing it.
The best chance at being successful in this role is having had a career that has successfully transitioned from a corporate background to owning or running businesses in the SME space as a GM, CEO or COO.
The role -Trusted partner to our clients offering a broad range of advice, support and guidance - somewhat like a General Manager. Key focus areas include:Evaluate business structures, org charts, processes & performance to identify the main problem areas, together with solutions to the problems that will facilitate growth.Develop strategic plans, identifying both organisational and personal goals, that will see effective strategies developed and implemented for growth.Identify gaps in existing business processes and work toward streamlining/automating these processes to improve operational performance.Interpret and have a clear understanding of client financials, including budgeting & forecasting.Identify & review current business reporting processes with implementation of more effective reporting tools where required.Identify core areas of a business (pillars) and construct both individual reporting and staffing changes required to achieve the growth strategies.Create position descriptions, salary banding, KPIs and reporting lines for all positions in the organisation.Work with business owners/Senior Leadership Teams on recruitment needs required to achieve growth strategies.Develop and maintain client relationships for long-term success.Celebrate success with our clients!You look like -# 1 - Must be an awesome person!Lateral thinker with the ability to ask the right questions.Demonstrated experience as a Director/CEO/COO/GM (must have managed a team and owned P/L) or in Business Advisory/Management Consulting/Business Consulting.Demonstrated experience in growing/achieving business targets.Experience in running or advising within the SME space ($5m-$100m turnover).Strong ability to facilitate management teams & meetings to achieve outcomes.Demonstrated ability to confidently talk at a C-Suite level.Genuine interest/curiosity in businesses and how they tick and grow.What's in it for you?A meaningful role - making a difference to our clients every day is what it's all about!Only 3 days a week client facing.Being part of a business that is in an exciting growth phase.Strong remuneration and bonus structure.If you think the above sounds like you, hit the apply button for a chat or just a chit chat to see suitability!
