Reporting directly to our Brand Director, Bianca Ginns, you'll play a pivotal role in driving global excellence in channel trade, operations, and customer experience across all our retail touchpoints. Your mission will be to lead the charge in delivering an exceptional customer experience in every Cotton On store around the world.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEProven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within retail, preferably in fashion or apparel.Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory management.Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.Deep customer intelligence, with an intimate understanding of the market. Demonstrated ability to create an ecosystem for the customer, with great instinct and a fierce dedication to protecting how a brand appears across all touchpoints.Possesses strong digital capabilities, with a comprehensive understanding of the market and the unique needs and preferences of our team and customers. Skilled at leveraging modern digital tools and platforms to drive engagement and deliver exceptional value, ensuring our strategies resonate with today's digitally-savvy generation.Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for driving business growth.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).Join us in this exciting opportunity to shape the future of Cotton On's retail experience globally.
