ACRWORLD is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Remedial Construction for a remedial division of a Head Contractor.

This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the growth and development of our client's remedial construction division. With a focus on high-demand services such as façade and cladding replacements, waterproofing and remediation, and structural damage repairs, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality solutions for their clients which include tier 1 developers and asset owners.
Working closely with the owners and the General Manager of the construction business, you will take charge of developing and executing strategies to grow the business, leveraging their existing relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities. As General Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality whilst maintaining healthy balanced books.
