Epic Energy is committed to meeting Australia's energy needs as we move into an exciting new era of social and industrial transformation.Epic Energy will appoint a new General Manager, People, Culture & WHS, to be based in Adelaide. As a key member of the collaborative Executive Team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will contribute positively to a high-performing organisation, while enhancing the culture which is centered on innovation, accountability and safety. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including strategic and operational oversight of human resources and workplace health and safety, as well as driving the culture of the organisation in consultation with the CEO.As the ideal candidate, you will bring extensive experience in a senior generalist human resources management role, along with a demonstrated track record of fostering organisational culture and building capability. Expertise in strategic talent management and workforce planning are essential, as is prior responsibility for WHS in industries where safety is a critical focus. You must enjoy working in a fast paced, high-performance environment, juggling priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
