Blossom & Pear was created out of the lack of high-quality, great designs for young families. This organization carefully curates collections and gifts for parents, babies, and the home. The business has seen significant growth both in Australia and overseas with a focus on great customer experiences and quality over margin.

The role This is a leadership role that will help the business to scale and go to the next level. You will be working closely with the Founders on the overall strategy for the business, driving execution while managing day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Optimising supply-chain efficiency Logistics management (inventory, forecasting, transportation, warehousing) Understanding customer needs Building on wholesale channel and partner relationships Leading and building high-performing collaborative teams throughout the business. Who do you need to be? An experienced Operations leader or business leader with experience in retail/e-commerce, comfortable with pace and ambiguity. High commercial acumen and experience in people leadership are essential. You would likely be based in Brisbane or Sunshine Coast with flexibility and autonomy.
