Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager of Human Resources is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong, pragmatic, and commercially focused mindset with a broad skill set encompassing HR, Safety, and Training.
This role demands the ability to navigate complex business challenges, align HR strategy with organisational goals, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic and operational HR business plans to meet organisational goals.Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 HR professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Oversee workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives to support growth and retention.Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, prioritising health, safety, and well-being across the organisation.Provide advice on the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements, supporting a strong Employee and Industrial Relations framework.Key Criteria Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.Expertise in HR, Safety, and Training, with a track record of delivering successful initiatives in a dynamic environment.Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.Relevant qualifications in HR, business, or a related field.APPLY NOW!
