An individual who sees the strategic importance of the location and the rewards, both personal & professional, which accompany such a venue in such a prized location.Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer & the executive team, you will lead your team through busy service periods ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. Coming from a strong F&B hospitality background fostered around gaming, TAB, entertainment and, above all, service standards - your passion for providing a great product in a busy and sometimes pressured environment has always been seen in your work. You always push to succeed in anything you attempt, and surpassing targets is your passion.
