About the Role
As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our hotel operation, collaborating closely with our head office team to drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across our portfolio of properties. You will oversee all aspects of the hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maximising revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities Drive performance and profitability of the business Ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction Lead and develop the hotel team to deliver excellence Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with licensing and regulations Maintain operational standards Ensure rostering, purchasing and daily checklist is carried out Prepare and produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting Manage financial performance and budget adherence Provide leadership and support to department heads and team members Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with policies Promote workplace health and safety About You Strong background in hospitality management Operational knowledge across hotel departments Experience in cost control management Track record in delivering goals, objectives and meeting KPIs Dedication to guest engagement and VIP experience Exemplary communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Property Management Systems and Point of Sale Systems Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Commercial business acumen and financial analysis skills Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Proficiency in MS Office suite What do we offer?
