Lead the selection, appointment, and performance evaluation of senior staff, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Foster collaboration and continuous improvement to create a positive corporate culture.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maximize brand visibility and customer engagement through targeted marketing strategies.Develop pricing strategies based on market competition and identify trends, risks, and opportunities through competitor analysis to drive business growth.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies to maintain operational excellence and mitigate risks in sales and distribution.Provide updates to the board on company performance, strategic initiatives, and financial health.
