General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee onsite business and ensure day-to-day operations are efficient.Lead the team to deliver high performance in property management, providing guidance to improve property/facility management, tenant relationship management, and customer services.Propose annual budget for HQ review and approval, review, and monitor periodically. Responsible for actual performance and provide both short-term and long-term profitability for the company.Propose property/facility enhancement planning to HQ and ensure it fits with local regulations and aligns with business strategies.Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks from HQ are accomplished effectively.Delegate tasks to company representatives based on annual goals and business strategies to ensure they are achieved within the scheduled timeline.Maintain relationships and partnerships with major customers, suppliers, government agencies, and other corporate groups.Review organization effectiveness and develop company policies and guidelines.Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity.Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth, and propose feasibility studies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Degree in business management or any related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in operation and property management role, with a strong background in the commercial real estate industry.Familiar with local commercial regulations and business terms in NSW.Strong decision-making ability, excellent communication, and delegation skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments with strong leadership qualities, driving both individual and team performance.
