This is the General Manager's position of one of this organisation's high volume, low margin consumer facing service businesses which currently has annual revenues circa $25 million and 150 staff. This RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a proven leader who has a track record of managing high-volume, low-margin businesses. Whilst specific sector experience is not required, the ideal candidate will possess strong strategic, operational and financial management skills.A key focus of this leadership position is growing revenue in a sustainable and responsible way.Key Responsibilities will include:Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.A remuneration package comprising a salary circa $160k, car allowance and superannuation is anticipated.About You:You will already have built a track record of success in senior operational leadership and management roles.
