They are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead their Brisbane operations.About The Role As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire insurance building division.
This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the insurance building industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive growth while ensuring high standards of service delivery.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the insurance building team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Oversee project management and quality control processes to ensure successful project outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the business.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the division.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within the insurance building industry.
Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and building practices.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage P&L.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
