The General Manager of this operation will be required to work on-site at Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park, in Middle Brook, MO.
Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation including financial performance, product quality, guest satisfaction, environmental protection, health and safety, and employee development processes.

Driving the company's environmental focus of wise stewardship of resources and participate in audits to ensure compliance
Partnering with our client to ensure adherence to contractual obligations
Coaching, developing and mentoring staff seeking opportunities to grow and develop with the Company
Focusing on financial reporting that communicates operational effectiveness, trends and forecasts
Addressing operational challenges and brainstorming with other leaders effective ways to overcome them
Ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent products to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Possess professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work a variety of days, weekends and holidays
Possess financial tracking and reporting skills and adept at creating and managing budgets
Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating teams
Prior leadership experience in hospitality
Education:
High school graduate (or equivalent)
Bachelors Degree (preferred) in business, hospitality management or related field
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years operations or general management experience
Lodging management and/or food and beverage management experience required (at least 2-3 years)
