General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)

We seek a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all our operations.
The General Manager will be responsible for:
Leading and managing a team of 40+ employees, including project managers, technicians, and administrative staff.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Ensuring efficient and profitable operation of all departments, including sales, operations, and customer service.
Monitoring industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Maintaining positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the electrical or mining industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading teams to achieve business targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to analyse financial data and develop budgets and financial plans.
