About the role This is a senior management position and you will report to the Managing Director ( who is a shareholder and reports to a Board consisting of family members). In the role you will be responsible for leadership of the production, plant health and development, sales, logistics, supply, HR/OHS and customer support teams to maximise the growth and profitability of the business. You will need to ensure the team is motivated, productive and aligned with mutually agreed business goals, as well as achieving improved sales growth, improving production and company performance and maximising the overall value of the company. We are looking for an engaging individual with strong commercial acumen and fine-tuned leadership and relationship skills who has experience in management and sales in an agricultural environment. It is a challenging and rewarding role working within a team genuinely focussed on meeting or exceeding customer requirements. Relocation will be supported if required to assist you to take up this significant role located in the attractive beachside area of Hervey Bay, Queensland. ResponsibilitiesThe role will be diverse, covering a range of responsibilities: Providing sound leadership of a team of 100 people, fostering a positive work environment in line with company values.
