General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Full time Actively Seeking General Manager at GET Engineering.
Overview of the Position Working closely with the Managing Director, this pivotal "hands on" role will focus on optimising processes and fostering a customer-centric approach to drive sustained operational success and profitability.
The General Manager will be a key contributor to our strategic vision, aligning operations with company objectives and enhancing our market presence.

Remuneration An extremely competitive remuneration package is available with this position, and the final make-up of the overall benefits package will be discussed with the successful candidate.

Responsibilities Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management Quality Assurance & Compliance Supply Chain & Inventory Management Technology & Innovation Management Qualifications / Skills / Experience Proven experience in senior operational roles within manufacturing or maintenance business, with formal management qualification a definite advantage Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to foster high-performing, collaborative individuals and teams A proactive, innovative mindset with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach Engineering trade qualifications a preference but not a defining requirement Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
