Mantra Geraldton is located in the central hub of the West Australian coral coast, 4 hours north of Perth.
The property consists of two complexes that comprise modern one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, resort-style pools, and barbeque areas for guests to enjoy.

Purpose As General Manager , you will take on the crucial task of overseeing and managing all daily operations on the property, guaranteeing its seamless and profitable function.
This position demands a keen focus on every department, requiring you to be actively engaged in operations and stakeholder management.
Your leadership will shine through your actions as you guide, coach, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of unwavering excellence.

The Role: This is a live-on-site position.
Package includes accommodation offering 2 bedrooms.
The role requires you to have a strong Rooms Division background and would suit a current Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or Operations Manager seeking to take their next career step.
Primary Responsibilities Manage all facets of the property including revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service, and achievement of financial targets.
Be responsible for leading and developing your team to ensure the hotel's profitability and success.
Be instrumental in driving changes and improvements in performance and implementing strategies in line with business objectives.
Create and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, property owners, guests, and regional shared services.
Maintain excellent product and service standards while maximizing revenue and balancing expenses.
Focus on recruiting and developing a team that is engaged in driving positive customer sentiment.
Act as a liaison within the local community, representing Accor and fostering community engagement.
Skills & Experience Strong Rooms Division leadership background is crucial.
Past experience working within a strata environment is advantageous.
Hold current WA Real Estate licence (Class 1) (advantageous, not crucial).
You create environments where your team is encouraged and motivated to be their true self each day.
Display confidence in your ability to cultivate strong relationships, effectively address challenging situations, and implement solutions that enhance service quality.
Experience and capability to drive financial growth through skillful & thoughtful strategy.
Comprehension of the key metrics that impact and grow hospitality businesses, using this knowledge to drive top-line revenue and motivate your team to do the same.
