The Role We're Recruiting For
As the General Manager, you will spearhead the Jerrabomberra Hotel, guiding its transition under new ownership and elevating the guest experience. You'll lead a team of about 30, manage day-to-day operations, and align the hotel with Harvest Hotels' standards and strategic goals.

What We Are Looking For: Proven Experience: Must have previous General Manager experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a community-focused venue. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Community Engagement: A knack for integrating into and engaging with local communities, particularly in a pub setting.
