Full timeWhat this role involves.You'll oversee a premium office portfolio where no day will be the same. Providing the highest level of service, you will ensure the owner and our tenants are engaged and happy on a daily basis and confirm that all client deliverables and scope of services are undertaken to the highest degree of expertise and professionalism.Key responsibilities include:Strategic leadership: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance property performance.Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our client and tenants, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Financial management: Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring profitability of managed properties.Team management: Leading, motivating, and developing a team of property management professionals.Business development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow JLL's portfolio of managed properties.Compliance and risk management: Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies across all operations.Sustainability initiatives: Promoting the best sustainable practices.Technology adoption: Leveraging new technologies and digital solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.Sound like you? This is what we're looking for.You have significant experience in commercial real estate with a proven track record in leadership and management roles.
