Help grow one of the most innovative, attractive brands in Australia
Work with a world-leading, independent natural asset management company

Hydrowood is one of the most exciting products and ventures to come out of Tasmania, and we are looking for a sales and supply chain expert to bolster both this narrative and our team.
Recovered from the depths of Lake Pieman, Hydrowood is a rare, reclaimed resource that is sought after by the country's top architects, designers, and premium furniture makers.
It is a story of innovation, developed right here in Tasmania.
From Lake Pieman to Australian consumers, we are looking for a sales and operations expert who will follow our product across its vertically integrated journey.
You are a people person, treating everyone from our staff on the ground to our valued customers with equal energy and respect.

If there are improvements to be made throughout our product's journey, you will spot them, make the necessary recommendations, and implement change.
With the support of marketing assets and digital advertising, you'll discover new leads and travel the country to nurture them.
The rare Tasmanian timber species that make up Hydrowood will need the backing of a confident, pragmatic individual who knows the technical aspects of the product like they do the back of their hand.

Drive the development and implementation of strategic and tactical sales and supply action plans, monitoring the external and operating environments for shifts or trends that may provide opportunities or threats to Hydrowood.
Oversee invoicing and delivery systems including Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme rebates in conjunction with the Hydrowood admin team.
