Are you a strategic financial leader looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a General Manager - Finance to lead our finance function and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial sustainability and strategic direction of Endeavour Foundation.
As the General Manager - Finance, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for managing the overall finance and accounting functions of the Endeavour Foundation Group. You will lead a high-performing, customer-focused team and provide specialist financial advice to the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership teams. Your role will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning to support the organisation's mission and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Drive organisation-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and financial sustainability. Lead treasury practices to optimise cash, working capital, and ROI. Lead financial planning and reporting, including board reporting, for the organisation. Provide commercial insights and pricing support to business units to drive margin strategies. Strategic Insight: Offer strategic advice in relation to financial performance, acquisitions, and investments. Oversee and drive the development of organisational financial strategy, supporting the CFO in delivering strategic goals. Process Improvement: Drive improvements in finance systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and reporting standards, with a focus on risk mitigation. People Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. What You Bring:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; CA or CPA certification required. Experience: 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance is essential. Strong experience with long-term financial planning and treasury management. Ability to lead the financial operations of a large organisation and inspire high-performing teams.
