The Company:Warakirri Asset Management has established a new cropping business called Solterra to manage a 26,000ha Worral Creek broadacre cropping portfolio in Southern Queensland. The aggregation includes 7,500 hectares of irrigation and a further 6,700 hectares dryland with balance areas comprising grazing, support land and infrastructure. Substantial water assets underpin the irrigation area.The position will play a pivotal leadership role in managing and overseeing all aspects of farm operations including leading the farm team, ensuring efficient operational logistics, devising and implementing strategic initiatives and budgets, and optimising the use of the substantial water resources.
