They pride themselves on delivering safe, timely and affordable solutions for their clients.Working closely with the MD and as part of the leadership team, the General Manager, Energy will oversee all aspects of the business's Energy, Oil and Gas division.ResponsibilitiesBusiness development and key account managementProject management of key projectsOperations management and delivery against budgets and forecasts.Manage and develop a team, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience as a General Manager, Project Manager or Operations Manager within the Australian Energy Sector.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client engagement.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to anticipate issues early.Ability to manage a high level of complexity and uncertainty.Strong customer focus, communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
