Competitive salary + Free car parking + Not for Profit Salary PackagingLeading Not-for-profit Aged Care Provider in VictoriaRewarding role where you will make a differenceAs Royal Freemasons continues to make a positive difference to the lives of older people across Victoria, the organisation seeks to appoint a dynamic and customer-oriented leader to join the organisation as the General Manager - Community Services & ILU's The role: The General Manager - Community Services & ILU is a senior leadership role overseeing all community care services for Royal Freemasons Ltd including the Home Care Packages (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and private services.  The role  is accountable for strategic planning, leadership, management, business development and stakeholder engagement to deliver on an innovative, efficient, consumer centric service model of the organisation.  Key responsibilities  include: Developing and implementing an operational model that aligns with government funded services in the delivery of community care and is sustainable, driving performance success for both consumers and staff, ensuring business unit profitability.Working collaboratively to develop, implement and maintain Consumer service standards, clinical and industry performance measures.Managing and guiding all community service functions in terms of compliance, quality of service, financial performance, and lateral integration.Fostering a culture of transparent, effective, timely and appropriate internal and external communication in line with client care and organisational expectations.To succeed in the role, you will have: A relevant tertiary qualification in health administration / nursing and or gerontology.Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered though the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) Minimum 3 years' proven experience in leading a large team preferably within a community service industry.Experience  and understanding of in-home aged care, including operational knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), ensuring effective program delivery and compliance with relevant guidelines.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work supportively and collaboratively across teams.What we can offer you Salary packaging, package up to $15,900 per year tax free on items like Mortgage, Rent or everyday bills.In addition to your tax-free benefit, you can also use up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.)Ongoing training and support, we care about your personal and professional development.If this sounds like the role for you apply online with a cover letter and resume.
