A supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and residents is fostered.Reporting to the Chief Finance and Operating Officer (CFOO), this senior leadership position is responsible for the operations management of all Warrina Homes infrastructure including Residential Aged Care Facilities, Serviced Apartments, Retirement Villages, and other key assets. Encompassing both maintenance and day-to-day operations and involvement in larger capital projects, key areas of responsibility include:Coordination and oversight of scheduled preventative and responsive maintenance works programs including buildings, plant, equipment, and machinery;Active leadership of maintenance and gardening staff, sub-contractors, and other co-opted personnel in the delivery of efficient maintenance services;Development and management of site service contracts and coordination of vehicle fleet maintenance and servicing;Development of strategic partnerships and networks with providers and stakeholders external to the organisation;Positive relationship management amongst all Warrina internal parties spanning residents, families, staff, and leadership.Applications are encouraged from emotionally intelligent and experienced facilities, assets, and/or operations professionals with proven people leadership, demonstrated service and contract delivery, and financial management skillsets. Well-developed communications and interpersonal skills, the ability to understand relevant areas of legislation and regulation, and a commitment to customer and service excellence will be key to success in this role. A current driver's license and police clearance will be necessary.
