About the Job There is an exciting opportunity with the Sustainability and Resource Recovery team for General Hands - Waste Management. This position assists with providing an efficient and effective recycling operation at the Shire of Esperance's Wylie Bay Waste Management Facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in advising patrons in correct disposal of waste materials within Landfill Site as directed by the Waste Management Supervisor.Maintain and operate plant and equipment relative to position, in accordance with certifications held, and in liaison with the Waste Management Supervisor.Undertake rubbish collection duties within Wylie Bay landfill site confines as directed.About you In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:
Good communication and public relation skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.Benefits Salary: $33.75 - $35.05 dependant on previous relevant experience and qualifications.
